What is the Power Summit?

The premier event dedicated to bringing together the industry's most knowledgeable people to delve into important topics. The Power Summit, which was first held in 2007 at the Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ, is held at a different location each year.

Where was the Power Summit held in past years?

The Power Summit will be held from October 18-20, 2020 at the Langham in Pasadena, California.

Where will the Power Summit held in this year?

The Power Summit was held at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Hotel & Spa in Tucson, Arizona from October 14-16, 2018 and at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in Coronado, California from October 27-29, 2019.

How can I register for the ASI® Power Summit conventions?

You can register for the ASI® Power Summit online. Payment for the event is due at time of registration.

Is there a fee involved with the Power Summit?

Yes, the registration fee is due at the time of submitting your registration. We offer a discount for early registration. The price includes your activity and meals.

Is the hotel room included in this fee?

The fee for the hotel is not included in the price of the Power Summit. However, the hotels offer discounted rates for those attending the Power Summit. Room rates are subject to availability.

Can I bring my spouse or significant other?

You can bring your spouse or significant other for an additional charge.

Can only one representative from a company attend?

You are more than welcome to have any number of representatives from your company attend the Power Summit. There is an additional fee for each attendee due upon registration. Please see the registration form for details.

Are there other activities available in addition to the meetings?

Yes, in addition to the discussion sessions, there are activities such as golf, tennis, sailing, spa time and networking opportunities, depending upon the venue and its amenities. Registration is due at the time of registration for the Power Summit.

What topics will be discussed at the Power Summit?

The agenda is published prior to the event. Click on the Power Summit section and the conference you wish to attend. A copy of the events will also be distributed upon check in.

I have already paid for the Power Summit but am now unable to attend. May I receive a refund?

Registration fees are non-refundable but may be applied to the Power Summit for the following year. You may also transfer the registration to another individual from your company who can attend instead.

What if I have special dietary needs? Will the event venue be able to accommodate special diets?

Yes, please note your needs on the registration form where indicated, and all efforts will be made to accommodate your dietary needs.
